CABAW · RESERVATION CENTER
Designed by Transit Professionals. Engineered for Transit Operators.
Reservationist: Destiny Recovery Connection Build
Destination rule: CABAW stores and displays the destination name together with the full street address so locations with the same business name are never confused.
Workflow: Search passenger → select passenger → build up to 5 chained trip legs → Check Live Availability → Save Reservation → send to dispatcher. Availability now uses the driver station, configured shift, approved trip conflicts, and active vehicle assignments.
PASSENGER DATA SAFEGUARDSRequired fields and duplicate protection

Minor rider policy: Any child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

CABAW · DISPATCH PORTAL
Designed by Transit Professionals. Engineered for Transit Operators.
Dispatcher: Lauren Recovery Connection Build
Reservation Transfer Check: Dispatch refreshes directly from saved reservation transfers. If a reservation does not appear, return to Reservation and use Save Reservation → Send to Dispatch.
Need to correct a reservation? Use the ✎ Edit Trip button on that trip row before assigning/approving it. Changes are saved to the Dispatch audit trail.
Address rule: Destination name and full street address stay attached to the trip through Reservation, Dispatch, and Driver Manifest.
Dispatcher workflow: View all trips sent from Reservations → assign driver and vehicle → approve. If a driver has already saved a trip, Lauren will see Reopen Trip Entry for that locked trip.
Availability guard: CABAW now checks each driver's configured shift before approval. Drivers outside the trip time are unavailable, and a vehicle already being used by another active driver cannot be assigned.

Dispatch Command Center
View, manage and dispatch trips for the selected service date.
Safety rule: A driver may report a vehicle problem, but only Dispatch can assign the replacement unit. Completed trips remain with the original vehicle; remaining trips move to the approved replacement.

CABAW · DRIVER MANIFEST
Daily schedule connection test
Driver Tablet View Recovery Connection Build
Daily counters: Assigned is the driver's approved schedule. Completed counts completed rides. Remaining counts trips not yet finalized. No Show and Cancel at Door are tracked separately and do not count as completed rides.
Driver workflow: Select driver → see the entire approved schedule → Open Trip Entry → enter pickup/drop-off times and odometers → Save Trip Entry. Once saved, that trip becomes read-only/locked. The driver must call Dispatch for a correction.
Trip sequencing: The driver may move remaining, unlocked trips up or down to match real-world operating conditions. CABAW does not change the scheduled pickup time. Completed/locked trips stay fixed, and every sequence change is written to the Audit Trail.
